Warranty

Limited Warranty:
Aodhan Wheels warrants to the original purchaser that its wheels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only when the wheels are properly installed, maintained, and used under normal road and highway driving conditions.

Warranty Coverage:
Aodhan Wheels, at its discretion, may repair or replace any wheel found upon inspection to be defective in materials or workmanship within one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. The original purchase invoice must be provided to validate the warranty claim.

Exclusions and Limitations:
Aodhan Wheels is not responsible for transportation costs, damages, losses caused by delays, service failures, or any consequential damages arising from any cause whatsoever. Any charges incurred during the replacement of a defective product are not covered under this warranty.

The warranty is automatically void under the following conditions:

  • Any alteration to the bolt pattern, offset, center bore, or structural components including disassembly, refinishing, heating, bending, cutting, or welding.
  • Use of unauthorized repair services or any repair performed by anyone other than the manufacturer.
  • Installation of incorrect tire sizes (stretched tires), improper inflation, vehicle overloading, misalignment, or imbalance.
  • Use of clip-on wheel weights or any accessory that interferes with the wheel structure—only tape-on weights are permitted.
  • Exposure to road salt, de-icing chemicals, or other corrosive substances during inclement weather.
  • Use of abrasive or chemical-based cleaners, acid sprays, or coarse brushes that may damage the finish.
  • Damage from potholes, curbs, road debris, off-road driving, or participation in racing activities.
  • Continued use of a wheel after damage is noticed or suspected.
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or blemishes from mounting, handling, or display use.
  • Damage incurred during shipping or transit, or damage caused by accident, fire, or vandalism.

Warranty Claim Process:
To start a warranty claim, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) by contacting Aodhan Wheels. A dated proof of purchase must be included with the returned product. Customers are responsible for shipping the warranty product back to our facility at their own expense, freight prepaid. Repair or replacement under this warranty does not include the removal or installation of any tire.

Aodhan Wheels will inspect all warranty returns. If the product is approved for warranty coverage, Aodhan Wheels will repair or replace the product at its discretion and cover the shipping cost to send the replacement back to the customer. Removal, mounting, balancing, installation, labor, and any related charges are not covered under this warranty.

If the returned product is not covered under warranty, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

This limited warranty is the sole express warranty provided by Aodhan Wheels and is in lieu of all other express warranties, whether oral or written. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aodhan Wheels disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Aodhan Wheels shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
