What Can I Return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30days of delivery.

Item must be in new condition and in the original packaging( Please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, Flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

Items Marked "non-Returnable" (Clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)

All Wheels & Tires Packages.

Return for Refund or Exchange

All returns are subject to inspection by our returns specialist and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return.

Restocking Fee: The returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

Credit less all freight charges incurred + 20% restocking fee. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.

Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

Credits will be issued to the credit card/debit card used on the order.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Call for a return authorization number and more information on return shipments.

Canadian PST, duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service department at 800-381-8761. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.
