Eligibility for Return:
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if you are not fully satisfied.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, and in original packaging. Please avoid assembling, installing, or modifying the product in any way.
- In cases of fitment issues, flaws, or defects, relevant photographs might be required to process your return.
- Gift cards
- Products marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly highlighted on the product page before order placement).
- All Wheel & Tire Packages.
Inspection & Refund:
- All returns undergo inspection by our specialist team.
- Items must be unused, undriven, and undamaged to qualify for a refund.
- Buyers cover the return shipping fees.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, deducted from the refund amount. Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Refund Amount = (Total Amount Paid - Freight Charges) - 20% Restocking Fee.
- Note: Wheels should not have had tires mounted; always test-fit wheels before mounting tires.
- Items that are specially ordered are non-returnable.
- For orders shipped via FedEx ,UPS or USPS, freight charges apply both ways on refused shipments
- Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if there's a shipping error, re-shipped items won't have additional duties and taxes. Please contact us for a return authorization number and more details.
- Duties and taxes will not be refunded for returned items, except in cases mentioned above.
Notification & Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll inform you about its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Do note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- For expedited exchanges, kindly return your item(s) and, upon acceptance, place a new order for the desired item(s).
Shipping Damage Claims:
- In the event of receiving damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact our customer service immediately at 800-381-8761. We will address the issue with the shipper and coordinate a replacement or exchange. Damaged goods must be repackaged in their original packaging, and we'll facilitate the return process.
